The company (then ACL Wireless) was founded  in 2000 by technopreneurs Sanjay K Goyal and Vineet Jain and is headquartered in New Delhi.

The Management Team at ACL comprises of cross-functional experts with vast experience in technology and consumer solutions. They bring with them sound knowledge of the mobile industry with focus on innovation to deliver business results.

Sanjay K Goyal
Founder and CEO

Sanjay is the Founder and CEO of ACL Mobile. An accomplished leader,Sanjay has been a serial technology entrepreneur who founded his first company in 1993, at the age of 24. His extensive exposure & experience in building international businesses and start-ups were instrumental during commencement of ACL Wireless in 2000.

His dedication and strategy towards creating new and innovative mobile solutions is exemplary and integral for ACL to become the leading mobile technology company from  India. His vision to deploy solutions across key emerging markets has placed ACL on a global map. He graduated with honors in mechanical engineering in 1992 from the University of Texas at Austin, USA. Beyond his day-to-day responsibilities, Sanjay also enjoys exploring new tech gadgets and cars. A keen fitness and yoga enthusiast, Sanjay practices meditation for a healthy regime.

Vineet Jain
Co-Founder and CTO

Vineet is the Co-Founder and Chief Technical Officer of ACL Mobile.With over 11 years of experience in the field of engineering and research, he leads the company’s technology division. He has played a key role in defining, development and creation of leading mobile based solutions at ACL.

Vineet graduated with honors in Electrical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, Worcester MA, USA and received an MS in Computer Science from University of Illinois Urbana Champaign, Illinois, USA. Vineet is a keen fitness enthusiast.

Ajit Singh
Vice-President (Operator Business)

Ajit Singh joined ACL in November 2006 and is an accomplished executive with more than 17 years of experience inmobile services and software industries.In his role, he is responsible for the business that provides SMS, WAP and Voice based mobile services to more than 40 telecom operators spread out in 26 countries in India, Middle East, South East Asia, Africa and Latin America.

Prior to joining ACL, Ajit held leadership position in Quark in its product management organization. He earned his Engineering degree from Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh and his Business degree from University Business School, Punjab University, Chandigarh, acquiring University Gold Medal in both the degrees. His interest includes spending time with family and indulging in philanthropic activities through a family run NGO.

Prabhat Kumar Singh
Vice-President (Enterprise Business)

Prabhat heads the strategic direction and development of the Enterprise Unit at ACL Mobile. He has a wealth of sales experience within the IT & Telecom industry and has an extensive background in new business development, forecasting, and operations management. He is extremely target oriented and experienced to drive big project rollouts using his techno- commercial experience and ability to conceptualize and build new business from scratch.

Prabhat is also responsible for driving the company’s expansion among enterprises in India and emerging markets that can utilize ACL’s various service network to enhance customer engagement while generating significant revenues and reducing customer acquisition costs.
Under his leadership, ACL has built a commendable relationship network with top-notch clients from multiple industries across the nation. Prior to ACL, Prabhat was associated with ACCEL ICIM and Premium Soft International – UAE where he built alliances and partnerships.  Prabhat is an Economics Graduate & MBA (Sales and Marketing) with 14+ years of experience in business development and account management. His hobbies include reading and listening music. He lives his life as his favorite saying goes: “Don’t worry be happy.” and ” Pleasure in the job puts perfection in the work.”

Apollo Sharma
Vice-President (Consumer Business)

Apollo Sharma is Alumnus of IIFT, Delhi and has vast experience in transforming and empowering organizations.

Prior to joining ACL, he has worked in leadership positions with Commonwealth Games Organizing Committee 2010, Getit InfoMediary Ltd. and Indiamart Intermesh Ltd. He has effectively channelized innovative marketing solutions by introducing multiple product lines in digital B2B and B2C space. He has proved his mettle with extensive knowledge in different domains by mapping his creative vision, transforming and empowering organizations with the tools, technologies and strategies to bridge the digital business gap.

Sanjay Sinha
Vice-President (Sales-India)

Sanjay is an accomplished telecom and digital media professional with 360 degree experience in mobile content/VAS industry including content management, product development, sales, business planning & strategy and product marketing. He has been associated with Mobile VAS industry since the year 2000. Prior to joining ACL, he has worked with Jaldi.com, Cellnext and Yahoo India.A Bachelor in Science, Sanjay likes reading and travelling.

Anand Dawson
Vice-President (Product Strategy & Design)

Anand is responsible for shaping the overall user experience of ACL’s consumer offerings. He has over 12 years of experience in evolving new products and defining user experience strategies, for global firms as well as startups, across industry verticals.

Prior to ACL, he worked with leading technology consulting firms such as Sapient and Netkraft (now merged with Valtech). He holds a post graduate diploma in Advertising and Public Relations from the Indian Institute of Mass Communication and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Loyola College. He is an avid reader and likes to surf the Web.
 

 
Ranjan Sengupta
Vice-President (Business Development – MEA)

Ranjan has over 18 years experience of Business Development in various regions across a whole host of industries. He initiated his career in Sales with Blue Star and was instrumental in setting up the Indirect Sales Network in India’s Eastern Region for the Packaged Air-conditioning Division. He bagged some of the biggest deals of the industry for the company at that time. He also worked with Dishnet and Cellnext where he proved his mettle while setting up their Sales and Operations division in India.

In his current role, Ranjan heads Middle East & Africa business development for ACL Mobile. His experience in identifying potential growth markets, upcoming markets and setting strategic focus has resulted in strengthened sales and established business network globally. He has been involved in strategic planning for conceiving and executing aggressive business plans to prioritize international growth efforts.

Ranjan did his Engineering from Mysore University and accomplished his MBA from the prestigious Indian Institute of Management – Bangalore. Ranjan is well known in the industry especially in India, Middle East & Africa as someone who builds businesses from scratch and has the ability to steer things out of seemingly impossible situations. Challenges are what he thrives on and challenges are what always keeps him going.
 

 
Soumadri Sen
Vice President (Sales)

Soumadri has over 20 years of Business Development/Sales Management experience having worked in FMCG, IT, Telecom and Mobile VAS companies thus far. He started his career with Hindustan Lever Limited in 1992 and has since worked for Nestle, Modi Korea Telecom, Bharti Broadband, Bell World (Canada) before joining ACL in 2009.

Soumadri is a science graduate and have an MBA from Canada’s premier and Numero Uno ranked Business School, Richard Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario.

A salesperson at the core of his heart with a blend of analytical business acumen, in his current portfolio Soumadri strives to take ACL’s products and services to telecommunication companies far and wide, with a primary focus on the emerging economies of the world. In his leisure time, he enjoys reading books, travelling, watching wildlife documentaries and is a sports enthusiast.
 

 
Shuchi Sharma
Assistant Vice President-HR

Shuchi Sharma heads the Human Resource Department at ACL Mobile and holds more than 15 years of experience in IT and VAS domain. Shuchi joined ACL Mobile in 2003 and manages HR systems and processes including talent acquisition, talent management, compensation and other. She has been instrumental in organization development while facilitating the teams with the business unit’s Integrated People Plan & ensuring alignment with the strategic plans of the organization and during which when total number of employees increased from 50 to 250 addressing talent gaps and needs.

Prior to joining ACL, she has worked with Sunrise Computer Systems and a UK based MNC, Halcyon Datasys Pvt ltd as HR Manager. A bachelor in commerce and a management graduate, Shuchi likes travelling and enjoying life to the fullest
